Boondoggle Winery grew out of a simple conviction: that great wine doesn't need a coast to prove itself. What started as weekend experiments in a garage became a deeper obsession — with Minnesota climate, with native hybrids, with the kind of flavor that only comes from paying attention.
Today we operate out of a restored space on Saint Croix Road, where visitors taste through our rotating lineup and leave with a bottle and a story. We're not the biggest winery in the state. We're the one that remembers your name.
Each vintage reflects the season it came from — the cold winters, the short summers, the stubborn optimism of growing wine country in the North Star State.

Four wines, one theme. Guided tastings led by the winemaker, paired with local cheeses and stories about what went into each bottle.
Our biggest day of the year. Live music, fresh food, and the chance to walk the vines while the fruit comes in. Free admission, paid tastings.
First pour of the year for our limited-reserve bottlings. Members and early guests get dibs before the public release.
